- Remove the luerlock cap and securely attach the Tip (Needle).
- Verify output and consistency before intraoral application. If a blockage is found, replace the Tip (Needle) and try again.
- Apply Primer / Bonding Agent to the preparation according to manufacturer’s instructions.Use – Restoration
- Apply the first layer of Replix Flow composite 0.5–1.5 mm (0.5 mm layer or less if using a dentin opaquer) to ensure adaptation of the composite and light cure. If not followed by a paste composite, continue with a 2 mm addition (0.5 mm or less if using a dentin opaquer), perform curing after each addition. For Light Cure (UV Light) with an intensity of $\ge$ 800 mW/cm2 on the wavelength range of 385–515 nm, light cure each layer for 10 seconds. The final light cure of 20 seconds is highly recommended.
- Shape, finish, and adjust occlusion using the desired method.
- Immediately replace the cap after dispensing the composite to prevent polymerization from ambient light.
Replix Flow composite can be used for anterior and posterior restorations. It is highly recommended for Class III and V restorations, or as a base liner, when used with incremental composite techniques.
